While Knos runs on devnet test money, nothing real is charged.
The fee field in the payment program on devnet reads FEE_BPS = 30: 0.30% of each payout, at least 0.05 test units, paid in test units worth nothing. It becomes 1% when the program is upgraded for mainnet.
